Pressure GaugesHeavy duty bourdon tube design available in brass, copper or stainless, balanced pointer, precision movement and one piece stem and connection.
Pressure gauges are offered with a variety ranges (vacuum through vacuum – 60,000 psi). They can be liquid filled or dry, have a phenolic case and range in size from 1 ½” – 6”. Options include snubbers, steam siphons, diaphragm seals (gauge guards) and custom dials.

Pressure Transducers – Outside of the hall effect products, the diffused semiconductor, sputtered thin film and ceramic thick film are strain gage in the transduction methods and this is a simple approach that yields a product with high reliability and stability in demanding applications. The hall effect transducer is unique inpressure gauge technology to produce a very cost competitive product. Options include current or voltage outputs, submersible, OEM and hazardous environment versions.

Pressure Switches – The design is based upon the proven sputtered thin film and diffused semiconductor sensor technology. Switching is accomplished digitally which means there are never any mechanical contacts to wear out. Pressure ranges from -15 to 9999 psi, integral LED display, display turns and simple programming plus fast response.

Diaphragm Seals – Used to protect the pressure gauges from hazardous media from contacting the pressure gauge.

Pressure RegulatorsHigh precision pressure regulators with flexible convoluted diaphragms which provide superior sensing, superior flow and source pressure effect over all Tescom, Go and Veriflo products. There is an inlet filter on all 1/4” NPT inlet ports and 5-6 full adjustment revolutions for full outlet pressure range. The regulators are installed on cylinder gases, pressure point of use applications and gas analyzers. Other specialty products included back pressure regulators and vaporizers.

Pressure Controllers – The Brooks model 5866 pressure controller accurately measures and controls upstream or downstream pressure. The heart of the system is a solid state pressure transducer which produces and electrical output proportional to pressure. The signal is used to operate the integral control valve and to provide an output signal. Theses unit can control pressure as low as 0 psi up to1450 psi.
