Delta M
Thermal Differential Flow and Level Switch –
Liquid or Gas: This is accomplished using a high resolution
thermal differential technique. The sensor wetted parts are durable
316L stainless steel, all welded construction with no moving parts.
The switch is easy to install and adjust, giving reliable, low maintenance
performance in the most demanding applications. The thermal differential
technique senses the changes in heat transfer characteristics of
a media. The sensor consists of a pair of matched RTD’s encased
in twin 316 SS tubes. One RTD is self heated using a constant DC current.
The other RTD is unheated to provide an accurate process temperature
reference. The thermal differential created between the heated and reference
RTD pair is a function of the density and/or velocity of the media with
which the sensor is in contact. The differential is greatest at a
no flow (or dry) condition and decreases as the rate of flow increases
(or as the liquid quenches the sensor/wet condition).

NoShok 800 Series
Temperature Switch – 7 segment, 4 digit LED display,
330 degree rotatable indicator head, integrated password protection,
simple two key programming, less than 10 milisec response time,
scaleable analog output and a 3 year warranty.
Pressure Switch – Provides continuous pressure monitoring
(range from -14.5 to 9000 psig) and allows programming of the set
points without pressurizing. This sensor is available as a pressure
switch/transducer with 1 switch output and 1 analog (4-20 mA or
0-10 vdc) or as a two switch output, electronic pressure switch.
Set points, contact functions, reset points and hysteresis are
easily adjusted via the two buttons on the indicator head.
